售后工程师

职责描述： 1. 责任范围为主机部所有的生产设备、机器和装置的维修及保养；Scope is on all maintenance /repair of machines/equipment/fixture at Wuxitec. 2. 维护设备管理软件的日常使用和运行，及时做好工单归档，数据收集统计等相关工作。Keep routine job running and operational by maintenance software. Make sure that archive for work order, data collections are finished on time. 3. 分析和总结设备故障原因，给出改进措施以降低设备停机率，提高设备稳定性；Analysis the breakdown records and make actions to reduce downtime ratio and improve machines’ stability. 4. 优化设备保养计划和内容，做到保养计划对生产的影响最小，保养内容能有效提高设备稳定性并预先发现潜在问题；Optimize PM’s plan to minimum influence of production. Optimize PM’s content to improve machines’ stability and detect abnormal problems in advance. 5. 优化备品备件清单，减少由于缺少备件而停机的时间；Optimize spare parts list to reduce time due to lack of spare parts. 6. 提出并完成改进项目以提高设备部的关键性指标。Raise and finish improvement project to make better operational maintenance KPI’s 7. 学习研究设备的相关技术，做好设备维修流程；培训维修技术员，提高人员技能；Study and make research for machines/equipment technology and make repair procedure. Train maintenance technician to improve their skills. 8. 新建及维护必要的技术文档（标准作业指导/点检表单/培训材料）。Build and maintain the technical document(SOP/Checklist/training material) as necessary. 9. 评估老旧设备并制定未来几年的大修计划。Evaluate aged machines and make overhaul plan (spread over years). 任职要求：1. 本科以上学历；Bachelor or higher. 2. 五年以上CNC维修工作经验； More than 5 years of working experience in CNC maintenance. 3. 较强的适应性和良好的学习能力；High adaptability and good study capability. 4. 较强的设备故障诊断和解决能；High ability of machine fault diagnosis and solution. 5. 较强的持续改进意识；Strong sense of continuous improvement. 6. 诚实，敬业，工作积极主动，有较强的责任心，良好的沟通能力；Honest, committed, proactive, responsibility and good communication. 7. 有良好的英语能力；Good English skills for oral and written.
